Emilly Hadrill opened her first salon in 2010 with one quiet conviction — that truly beautiful hair should feel as good as it looks, and never come at someone else's expense. A single Australian studio has since become a group of four salons and a team of thirty. Frustrated by extensions and formulas that promised much but protected little, she created her own: double-drawn Remy hair from paid, ethically sourced donors, made in factories she audits in person. Hadrill Hair is the standard she always wished existed — considered, honest, and made to last.
